It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original proof of purchase, to exchange or refund any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, within 15 days of the purchase. Simply email us at "info@brandingimpact.ca" for processing.

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Restrictions:

For hygiene reasons, there is no refund or exchange on mouth guards, jock straps and underwear.
Any purchase of a customized product will be considered as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any products that were special ordered can not be returned. The manufacturer's warranty however will be honoured according to their conditions.

Sticks broken during usage are not covered by this return policy, and will be subject to the limited 30-day warranty of the manufacturer.
